About Us
OpenBioSim develops and maintains biomolecular software that connect scientists developing computational methods with users in academia and industry.
We work with industrial partners to facilitate integration of open-source software solutions as components of technology platforms. We also provide ongoing software support and maintenance to open-source projects to ensure compatibility with our customer’s technology infrastructure.
Promoting and supporting the use of open-source biomolecular research software by academic and industrial communities.
Our Projects
BioSimSpace is the flagship product of OpenBioSim. It is a python framework to facilitate interoperability between popular molecular simulation software tools.
Sire
Sire is a molecular simulation framework that provides extensive functionality to manipulate representations of biomolecular systems.
It is used as a key component of BioSimSpace and provides a range of standalone CLI applications used for simulating protein-ligand interactions in pharmaceutical research.
