Together with Antonia Mey (University of Edinburgh) and Daniel Cole (Newcastle University), OpenBioSim has setup a ‘’Biomolecular simulation software usage survey’’ to explore molecular simulation tools and practices used by the community, identify workflow challenges, and gather feedback on the BioSimSpace simulation framework to guide its future development.
